Now also Single Holidays at Funwheelers!
Despite the fact that most of Funwheelers guests book alone, Funwheelers reserved coming season 4 of the 17 tour dates for 'Singles-Only'- groups. These Single Holidays are being organized in cooperation with Single Travel Specialist One2gether Travel. The package of Single Holidays includes the 15 Day 4X4 Lycian Adventure Safari in combination with Relax, Windsurfing and Kitesurfing. In this way it is possible for the Adventurous Holiday Maker, who wants to travel in an original way with other singles, to book a Single Holiday at Funwheelers!

In June 2007 Funwheelers will participate in a project of the German television 'ARD' in association with the German company 'Sportpartner, Travel & Events' for realizing a 25 minutes coverage about Lycia. The project includes 3 different themes: The Lycian way, culture and history, 'Hits for Kids' and a Lycian cooking course.

 


In addition to the television crew of 'ARD', various German travel agents have been invited to join the delegation for considering future touristical possibilities in Lycia. From the beautiful located holiday resort 'Ocakköy' in Ovacik a very varied programme will be completed as part of the themes as mentioned. With 2 Land Rovers of Funwheelers the following locations will be visited for filming on 3 different days:  
Tuesday market Fethiye, Pinara, Kervansaray, Tlos, Saklikent, Oludeniz, Butterfly Valley, Faralya, Kabak Beach and the Af Kule monastry.
Other activities which will take place outside are parasailing, paragliding, boattrip to St.Nicholas island and Butterfly Valley, Turkish hamam, Turkish night, trekking 'The Lycian way', wine tasting, donkey riding with children and Nordic walking. A Lycian cooking course, yoga and water gymnastics will be held at the complex of Ocakköy. A well thought out project which will provide a considerable contribution to Lycia to become more well known in Germany and tourism in Turkey generally spoken...
