1/ You can sign up for our long trips (=longer than 4 days) through this website and make a downpayment by paying a deposit into our bank account in Turkey. Deposit for a 4-day trip is € 100,- for an 8-day trip € 200,-, for a 15-day trip € 400,- and € 800,- for a 22-day trip. Don’t forget to give your chosen trip+trip date. Bankinfo will be provided in our confirmation after receiving the applicationform. Subscription is definite as soon as the application is converted into a definite booking and the deposit has been received at our bank. Swift costs ought to be paid fully by yourself so please don't press the button "sharing costs" in your telebanking programme. Sign up by means of telephone or e-mail is also possible. After signing up and making the downpayment you receive a digital confirmation of booking or in case of booking by fax a confirmation of booking in writing as well as additional tour information.

2/ Short trips, outdoor activities and 4X4 rentals can be reserved by means of this website and are being confirmed digitally. After arrival at the place of destination and before participation of the activity the booking will be settled and the amount due to be paid to us or our partner.

3/ Reservations and bookings being done at our office are being settled and paid on site.  

Continuation booking long trips:

4/ The remaining amount must be paid into our bank account not later than than 6 weeks before departure. 

5/ Surcharge for a single room for the 4X4 Lycian Adventure Safari is € 100,- pp.

6/ Costs of requested airport transfers, in case you arrange your flight ticket yourself, from Dalaman to Fethiye and v.v. are € 30,- pp. per transfer. Airport transfers to/from Antalya airport on request.

7/ In case of signing up within 6 weeks before departure, the whole amount for the trip should be paid into our bank account in one time.

8/ You arrange a travel- and cancellation insurance yourself.

9/ A minimum number of participants is mentioned for all trips. In case of insufficient participation we reserve the right to ask a surcharge or to cancel a trip. At least 3 weeks before departure you will be notified by us. We will do everything we can to offer you a similar alternative. Fortunately cancellation of a trip rarely occurs.

10/ In case you arrange your flight ticket yourself you should make sure you arrive at Dalaman airport on the programmed tourdate. If requested by you we will pick you up from the airport. You also can book your flight ticket with us. You can indicate this on the online booking form. Price of a flight ticket booked with us is € 450,- airport transfers included! 

11/ While booking your flight ticket you should ask for your flight plan which can be provided when making a flight reservation. Flight plan means: flight number and expected time of arrival Dalaman. This is the information we would like to know from you. As soon as you have you ticket you will inform us the definite flight number and time of arrival so that you can be picked up in time.

12/ It is important that you have the required valid (travel) documents (see also ‘travel info’-page).

13/ Cancellation of ticket is in all cases at participant’s own expense.

14/ In case you have to cancel a long trip the following costs are applicable:
-Cancellation until 6 weeks before departure: amount of deposit.
-Cancellation until 15 days before departure: 60% of the trip amount.
-Cancellation from 15 days before departure until 2 days of departure: 90% of the trip amount.
-Cancellation from 2 days before departure until departure: 100% of the trip amount.

15/ Funwheelers assumes every participant is in good health at the start of the tour.

16/ In case of a acute disease situation during the tour, Funwheelers will do everything to transport the participant as soon as possible to a place for medical help. However, because of the nature of the tour, Funwheelers is in no way responsible and liable for acute medical situations during the tour.

17/ Funwheelers assumes that possible known diseases and/or medications of the participant are being checked for carrying out our tours.

18/ Possible known diseases of the participant can not stand in the way of the group during the tour.

19/ In case a participant wants or has to leave the tour, extra costs has to be made which will be at the participant’s expense. These costs have to be paid to Funwheelers on the spot.

20/ Participation in one or more of the (outdoor)activities is entirely at one's own risk. 

21/ Funwheelers is in no way liable for any case of loss, damage or theft at accommodations, during transfers and during the tour of luggage from participants. Funwheelers is not liable for damage and/or injury as a result of nature disaster, strikes, political unrest, wars etc.

22/ In case Funwheelers can be held liable for loss of holiday pleasure, or for damage of the participant for carrying out his profession/job, the reimbursement will be at most the trip amount minus expenses.

23/ Funwheelers can arrange a lot, but not everything. A lot of services are being carried out in association with Funwheelers and despite a lot of preparation and coordination things might sometimes not work out as planned. This is not only depending on people but also local circumstances and sometimes the weather (high in the mountains). Therefore it’s important for the participant to travel with the right expectations and attitude.

24/ Funwheelers reserves the right to use photo/video material or any other material which can be used for promotion purposes and where participants during the tour are involved, without permission of payment.

25/ Promotion material of Funwheelers remains property of Funwheelers at all times. Use of Funwheelers promotion material by third parties is only permitted after application in writing by third parties and after given permission by Funwheelers in writing. In case the relation between Funwheelers and third parties changes after given permission, and the change of the relation can be harmful to Funwheelers, Funwheelers reserves the right to cancel given permission at once. 

26/ The terms and conditions which are described here are applicable for every booking at Funwheelers and apply for all customers who book at Funwheelers.
